He has over 20 years of experience as a Corporate Trainer & Performance Enhancement coach in varied industries like IT, Pharmaceutical, Life Insurance, Construction, and real estate. He has trained more than 25000 participants across different industries. His major audience comes from companies like TCS, Wipro, Google, SAP, Dr. Reddys Lab, Max New York life etc.

He has done 2000 one-to-one performance and life coaching sessions during his stint in various corporates. His wellness sessions with body mind & soul techniques have transformed many lives. His domain expertise includes Sales training, Behavioural interventions like leadership development, Project management and coaching. He has more than 1000 hours of coaching experience in performance enhancement, leadership coaching and Life coaching.

Being an HR practitioner, he has developed the business sense, strategic perspective and system thinking skills needed to add value to complex business issues. His insight comes from strong academics and real experience, having been an HR Technologist in major companies in different industries. He has worked inside companies for 20+ years in Pharmaceutical, Energy Management, Manufacturing, Services and Consulting fields.

He has transformed the entrepreneurial businesses into professionally managed organizations through strategic organizational alignment and restructuring.
