Only those professionals who hold an active PMP certification are authorized to use the title “PMP’ after their names.The PMP credential logo may only be used on your business cardsand must not be used on personal letterheads, resumes or email signatures. There are certain guidelines prescribed by PMI for the placement of PMP logo on a professional’s business card. The guidelines are based on the standard size of business card, that is 3.5 in x 2 in and the PMP logo that is to be placed on the business card should be black and white in colour.

Size and Placement

Mandatory logo size: 0.5in x 0.32in; 1.27cm x .8128cm; 12.7mm x 8.128mm

Mandatory minimum clear space surrounding logo: 0.25in; 0.64cm; 6.35mm

• To ensure the optimum legibility of the PMP logo, position the text outside of the recommended space.
• Bottom of PMP credential logo must be in alignment with the bottom of text written in post nominal(s) or last nameif present.
• PMP logo should be placed directly to the right of last name/post nominal on business card.

For optimal print quality, please ensure to use the jpg logo file at the size provided, or provide the eps logo file directly to your business card designer or printer.
